Medical Aid for Palestinians
Zalmai Zamani
Zalmai and his team work for the health of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. They provide immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system. This is a serious organisation with a serious mission.
We spoke to Zalmai and asked him a few questions starting off with why he was using storage in the first place …
‘We had run out of space in our office and it was stopping us from working effectively. Finding storage in N1 is not easy. We looked at several options (including getting permission from the council to have a shipping container on the street!) but when we found Metro Storage we found our solution.
