How does it work?

This video talks you through how storage works from getting a quote, booking and accessing your unit

How Does it Work?

We believe self-storage should be kept simple. The following are the main points to consider:

Self Storage Solutions Check out our Size Guide, or visit a store to have a look at some different sizes of units to get the right size for your stuff.
Self Storage Solutions Sign up online and make your initial payment (including a fully refundable security deposit).
Self Storage Solutions Pack up your things – we do have packaging supplies available on site or can arrange to have them delivered to your door.
Self Storage Solutions Move your goods into the storage unit – we can help by introducing you to a great Man & Van operator.
Self Storage Solutions Ensure the unit is secure – we even provide a free padlock while you store with us.
Self Storage Solutions Come and go as often or little as you like during our extensive opening hours.
Self Storage Solutions Make sure you keep your account fully paid up to have uninterrupted access to the store.
Self Storage Solutions When you want to leave simply email in confirming the date you wish to leave by (a minimum of 14 days written notice is required please).
Self Storage Solutions Vacate on the day you say you are going to – or if you need more time just let us know (in advance if possible).
Self Storage Solutions Make sure you take all your belongings and rubbish with you when you vacate.
Self Storage Solutions Make sure we have your up-to-date contact details so we can make any refund that’s owing.
Self Storage Solutions Once your unit has been confirmed empty, clean with no rubbish on site, we refund any unused storage fee and security deposit – SO YOU ONLY END UP PAYING FOR THE EXACT NUMBER OF DAYS YOU USE.

And that’s about it!

While there is a detailed storage agreement to sign – which you should read through carefully and in full to make sure you understand what’s in it (AND PLEASE DO ASK IF YOU DON’T) – we believe this sums it up.
