Important Details to Keep in Mind
- Storage periods start from 4 weeks
- We’ll need 14 days’ notice when you’re ready to move out (a quick email works fine!)
- We bill every 4 weeks (rather than monthly), and you’ll receive your invoice by email about 10 days before it’s due
- To keep everything running smoothly, we may need to charge late payment fees if bills aren’t paid on time
Keeping Your Items Safe
For everyone’s safety and security, we can’t store:
- Food or perishable goods
- Living plants or animals
- Combustible or flammable materials
- Waste
- Illegal substances or goods
- Toxic, pollutant or contaminants
- Weapons, ammunitions or explosives
- Hazardous
Security Deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit that varies based on your unit size. You’ll get this back in full when you leave, provided:
- the storage room is returned undamaged
- it is fully vacated, with no rubbish left in the unit or anywhere in the store
- that you have given the correct notice to vacate
- and your account is fully paid up
