Metro Storage Refunds Policy

  1. All payments are to be in advance of all times
  2. Our minimum payment period is for 4 weeks
  3. All new customers must pay a security deposit which is fully refundable at the end of your stay subject to No. 5 below.
  4. We require a minimum of 14 days written notice (email is fine) of your intention to vacate your unit.
  5. All refunds are subject to confirmation that no funds are owing on your account, the storage unit has been fully vacated with no rubbish left on site
  6. As long as the above points are followed we will refund any unused storage fee/deposit so you only end up paying for the exact number of days you use.
