Metro Storage Refunds Policy
- All payments are to be in advance of all times
- Our minimum payment period is for 4 weeks
- All new customers must pay a security deposit which is fully refundable at the end of your stay subject to No. 5 below.
- We require a minimum of 14 days written notice (email is fine) of your intention to vacate your unit.
- All refunds are subject to confirmation that no funds are owing on your account, the storage unit has been fully vacated with no rubbish left on site
- As long as the above points are followed we will refund any unused storage fee/deposit so you only end up paying for the exact number of days you use.
